Your feedback grouped by sentiment score

The sentiment engine generates a score from each piece of feedback you receive; it helps provide a quick indication of how positive or negative a piece of feedback is from 1 (extremely negative) to 5 (extremely positive)—learn more about the sentiment engine.

You can see a breakdown of your feedback by sentiment score using the Sentiment breakdown gadget:

The scores are displayed in three bands:

• Good items of feedback received a sentiment score of 4 or 5.

• Passive feedback received a sentiment score of 3.

• Bad feedback received a sentiment score of 1 or 2.

Tip: Click one of the bars in the Sentiment breakdown gadget to filter the Dashboard by that sentiment band (for example, click the Good bar to only see feedback with a sentiment score of 4 or 5 on the Dashboard), or hover your mouse over one of the bars to see exactly how many items of feedback it represents.
